  @atumcorp I’m having trouble locating the ticket you opened. That can happen if you used an email address that’s different from the one you signed up with here in the forums.   i am having the same problem. I hit play in the app and go about my business. Once I hit pause, on the app or notification screen, within one minute the app disappears from notification and launch screen. Then I have to go bank into the app to unpause whatever I was listening to. Unbelievably frustrating considering I’ll listen to hours of podcasts while in the office. Please help solve this problem.
