Move Transcript Option to Player Tabs

Hello,
I’d like to suggest an improvement: relocate the “View Transcript” option to the player tabs, placing it after “Now Playing,” “Notes,” “Chapters,” and “Bookmarks.”
The current location of transcripts on the episode description page isn’t always accessible, especially when an episode is already playing. Moving it to the player tabs would make transcripts much easier to access while listening.
