Multiple podcasts not updating

Multiple podcasts not updating including NPR and BBC. Using Android. Cleared cache. Forced stop. Disabled wifi. Restarted phone. None of that is working.

I had the same problem. Once I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it started updating again.
P.S.
However, my app settings were lost, so I had to reconfigure them. 😭Incidentally, I use iPhone App.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the disruption.
This is a known issue on our end — new episodes are currently taking longer than they should to appear in Pocket Casts. You may get a notification, or see an episode live in another app, before it’s actually available to play or download here. It’s affecting Android and iOS alike, which is why the usual troubleshooting steps (clearing the cache, force-stopping, restarting the phone) aren’t making a difference.
Our team has tracked down the likely cause and is fixing it now. A change has already gone out to reduce the delay, and feeds should start catching up shortly.
You don’t need to reinstall the app to fix this. Reinstalling can look like it helps because it forces a fresh sync, but the episodes would have arrived on their own — and as noted above, you can lose your app settings in the process. Waiting it out is the safer option.
