Only download episodes of podcast certain days

  A few podcasts that I’m subscribed to have specific types of content in specific days of the week.

  For example, Clark Howard podcast had an alternate speaker who speaks on a different topic on Tuesdays than the other days of the week . I have to podcast set to automatically add to up next, but I like it to skip on Tuesdays.

  Similarly, another podcast has their week in review wrap up episode every Friday , and it is the only episode that I’m interested in.

  Being able to configure “add

  to up next “ to exclude or include specific dates works be great!

  yeah I’d find this useful too. Maybe the ability to filter in general based on words in the episode title?

  Thank you. I can only think of a few podcasts that do things on certain days like have an end of the week wrap up, or they have an alternative host instead of the main host on certain days of the week, etc. Youtube channels do this, too. There are some youtube channels that I subscribe to where I only want their Friday show , just like some podcasts.
