PocketCasts stopped updating private feed for 3 months

I have a private feed self-hosted, and have a public facing URL exposed via Cloudflare. I have been using this for at least a year with no issues, but I noticed back in January it stopped updating. Adding the same feed to other apps works (I.e., Apple Podcasts) and does show new episodes, but even after repeatedly forcing a refresh in PocketCasts, it detects “No episodes”.
I assume this has something to do with how PocketCasts acts as a “man in the middle” for the feed; is there a way to bypass this and just have the podcast be local? Or is there any way to force an update to figure out why it might be getting blocked?

Hi there! I checked your account and I believe I found the podcast you’re having trouble with. In this case, the RSS feed URL is showing a 404 indicating that the podcast is not available.
