Podcasts randomly archiving and don’t show under archived

while listening to my podcasts, sometimes they will stop while listening and archive. For a certain podcast in particular, the archived episodes don’t show up after a date in 2024. There have been episodes weekly, but they archive and then cannot be found again.

@hsmit31bb0c17091c To help us investigate this issue, could you provide us with logs when the issue happens again?
- Navigate to Profile > Help & Feedback > Contact Support > Get Support
- This will open your device’s default email app with the logs attached.
- Once you’ve sent the logs along, reply to this email thread to let us know they’ve been sent.

I do not use the default app for email, so nothing happens when u click that. Is there an alternative method?
