Sonos app android can’t display Pocket Casts elements in playlists

  Hi,

  Since the version 85.00.31 of the sonos android app, elements from the Pocket Casts service added in playlists are not shown when viewing/managing a playlist.
  They **are** in the playlist.
  The images associated with the elements are used to generate the playlist image, adding the playlist to the playing list adds them, they are showing in that playing list, and they can be played.

  It’s only on the android app, it’s not in the ios app.

  I’ve open a “ticket” on the sonos forum and contacted the sonos support.

  Now around 3 months later, on version 88.01.10 and it’s still broken.

  I think it’s purely a bug on the sonos android app but maybe Pocket Casts can act so it’s fixed faster? I’m confronted to it every day.

  Hi, @1gj2tmxb! Thanks for the thorough report.

  We agree this looks like an issue in the Sonos Android app rather than the Pocket Casts integration. Before we take it further though, can you please try two things for us?

  1. Reinstall the Sonos app on your Android device, and
  2. If you have a second Android device handy, check whether the playlist renders there.

  Please let us know how those go either way. If it’s still broken after that, we’ll dig in from our end.
