TAL private feed not updating

    I’m having an issue where my This American Life Partners private feed is not updating. I have received nothing in the feed since 16th October, despite there being multiple episodes pushed into the feed since then.

    I’ve checked my account and can access everything directly, but the issues seems to come somewhere with the connection to Pocket Casts. I’ve tried manually refreshing episodes, reconnecting the feed etc but nothing.

    Is this a known error, and is there any fixes available? It’s frustrating to have to go elsewhere to listen to my paid-for feed.

    My PC account uses the same email address I’m using for this account. Thanks!

  • There was an issue with the feed update and we have fixed it. The show has now been updated.

    I have had the issue as this user with my TaL private feed. Confirmed it works from the Supercasts side but the lastest episode on Pocketcasts errors out. Would love some help to correct the issue. This has been present for two weeks.
