Why is my Podcast Feed 50 folders? I want my old feed back – one page feed

From day one, the Pocket Cast podcast app was the best because my feed was all on one page – large album art made it easy to figure out what I wanted to listen to. I’m totally disappointed today that Pocket Cast changed the display of my Podcasts subcriptions to about 50 different folders – Omg What the heck? Is it possible to switch back to the old legacy Pocket Cast?

Hi there! Sorry for the frustration here. What you’re likely running into is Pocket Casts’ Smart Folders feature, which can automatically group your podcasts into folders. The good news is folders aren’t permanent, and you can get back to a flat grid view.
To remove a folder without losing the podcasts inside it:
- Open the folder
- Tap the three-dot menu
- Choose Edit Folder, then Delete (this only removes the folder, the podcasts move back to your main Podcasts list)
If you’d rather adjust the overall look instead of undoing folders one by one:
- Go to your Podcasts tab
- Tap the three-dot icon in the upper right
- Under Layout, choose Large Grid (you can also set Badges and Sort By here)
That Layout setting controls the artwork size and single-page grid feel you’re describing, it’s separate from folders, so you may need to remove the folders first and then set your preferred layout.
